Upcoming Field Trips:
1. Tuesday, January 28th- Skating at Planet Ice-(8:45-10:00 am). Parent drivers required to travel to and from the rink. The cost is free unless student needs to rent skates ($3.50) and a helmet ($2.50). THIS FIELD TRIP IS NOT ON THE PARENT PORTAL. PLEASE FILL OUT PERMISSION FORM WITH CASH PAYMENT ONLY (IF RENTALS NEEDED).
2. Wednesday, February 5th- Snowshoeing and Tubing at Cypress Mountain- (8:15 am -3:30 pm). We are traveling there by bus. The cost for students is $40.00 to cover the fees for the activities and bus. Parents are welcome to join us if you would like to participate in the activities ($32.00) or if you would like to join us and not participate in the activities that is fine as well. THIS FIELD TRIP IS ON THE PARENT PORTAL. IF POSSIBLE, TRY AND FILL OUT PERMISSION FORM AND PAY ONLINE. IF NOT, PLEASE SEND HARD COPY OF PERMISSION FORM TO SCHOOL WITH PAYMENT. PLEASE SEND IN PERMISSION FORM AND PAYMENT BY MONDAY AT THE LATEST!
3. Wednesday, February 19th -CPF Film Festival (9:00 am-12:00 pm). There is no cost for this field trip. We are traveling there by bus. THIS FIELD TRIP IS ON THE PARENT PORTAL. PLEASE FILL OUT PERMISSION FORM ON THE PARENT PORTAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU!

2. Long division worksheet due for tomorrow (if not finished in class)
3. Adjectives story good copy due tomorrow (if not already
finished)
4. Skating tomorrow!! Please be on time!! We are leaving at 8:30 right after attendance! Thank you!5. Social Studies: a mini-booklet: First Nations. ( If not finished in class). This was due yesterday. Please hand in asap!
6. Outline for my recipe is due on Thursday, Jan. 30.
7. Adjectives story rough draft was due yesterday. Make sure your story has at least 150 words and that you have at least 20 adjectives included in your story. Erica, Max, Jamie, Thomas, Maggie and Trent have not handed it in.
8. Speech outline plan was due today. Thomas, Josiah, Erica, Jamie, Elizabeth and Josh need to hand in.
9. Be ready for the current event presentation. (Talaya and Trent on Thursday, Jan. 30, and Janna and Maggie Friday, Jan. 31)
